This hotel is simply Superb, i have nothing negative to say.  My stay was so comfortable,  would love to return. Excellent room, bathroom was so clean, bed was so comfy, staff were excellent, breakfast spread was so Good, and amenities was more than enough.   Well done to the hotel and their staff

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The service was warm and attentive, and the accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained. One suggestion would be to consider offering laundry services, especially for guests staying longer — it would add great value given the price point. Overall, everything else was good, and I enjoyed my time here.

Best hotel in Tiruchirappalli, Ok pool, limited gym. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good and staff is friendly. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Best hotel stay in Trichy👌 Staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially chefs Ajith and Alagu, Rangasri and housekeeping staff, Ramu! The location is out of busy and noisy city, which is perfect. They even wished us in a nicer way uwith this cake💕

It was a wonderful stay and the location is perfect. Breakfast is great, you have mix of Indian and western food. For my family we enjoyed the Indian Traditional food which is delicious and healthy.  You can book this place with confidence🙂🙂🙂

I would surely recommend this hotel to anyone. The service was good. Especially to the front desk person staff names Srijita who attended to me and my family. She made our check in and check out abreeze. Another staff named Rengasri whose customer service is excellent. Both of them made our stay comfortable and pleasant. We had two rooms and everything was well take care of. I am glad that Marriott has such staffs and should be recognised. My family and I is extremely happy with the stay.

The hotel water pressure is so bad.Breakfast was average. vegetarian only. The front desk staff took cash payment from me while i already paid thru 訂房網站.com.I was so disappointed that he argued t 訂房網站.com just did verified my credit card only & insisted me to pay cash. After back home ,I go through my transactions and found out yes my 訂房網站.com did charged my card already.M using 訂房網站 for so many years and 訂房網站.com never have that ‘pay to the hotel’ option! felt like total scam frm t hotel so called ‘Marriot’ brand.Should trained well the staff before putting them in the role!
